Technopark, microgrid 6.6 MW
Construction of an energy island with a capacity of 6.6 MW in Lviv region to provide electricity to a technological park with an area of over 20 hectares using two modular cogeneration units, construction of a machine room and auxiliary premises.
Stages of work
- Involvement in preparing documents for obtaining financing for this project
- Design adaptation in accordance with existing conditions and infrastructure
- Construction supervision in cooperation with the project organization, ensuring compliance of each node with the requirements of the equipment manufacturer and international safety standards
- Installation works and “field engineering” under tight work schedules:
-
- Installation and wiring of a cogeneration unit with a capacity of 6.6 MW;
- Installation of auxiliary equipment, cooling systems, lubrication systems, exhaust systems;
- Electrical works;
- Installation of heating and ventilation systems;
- Full automation of the facility;
- Prompt solution of design tasks directly on site. Development and implementation of docking units and transition elements “from wheels” to minimize or avoid downtime.
- Quality and safety control (according to ISO standards)
Despite the high pace of work, we adhered to strict internal protocols:
- Multi-level inspection of connections, use of non-destructive testing methods.
- Operational management for clear coordination of adjacent contractors on site to eliminate time losses.
