We were approached by a Customer who was considering options for building microgram system in Lviv region. One of the main tasks was to determine the real payback period for investments. As a result of professional analysis, a payback period of 29 months was calculated – an objective period, unlike the “advertising” 18 months declared by equipment suppliers.
Feasibility study is not a formality, but a series of painstaking technical studies:
- Grid integration: on-site meetings with electricity distribution system operators and local gas networks to assess the technical conditions for connection.
- Field studies: analysis of the location, geodetic surveys and the current state of the infrastructure.
- Engineering audit: assessment of real needs in the reconstruction of buildings and the installation of engineering networks.
